Great Location. A lot of good restaurants close by and so is the Galleria Mall. Extremely helpful staff at the front desk. Even the housekeeping staff was very polite.

We liked the close proximity of the property to our event. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only negative was that our television picture was not clear (Rm 708) Houston Galleria, Sage Rd. Facility.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and neat. They were ready within minutes of booking as I had a last minute booking. Good location - easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Well situated with a short walk to the mall. Had coffee making facilities and parking garage is great. Comfortable room and a quick alivator.

The front desk agents, autumn and colin were so great! they made our stay 10x better by being so attentive and hospitable by making sure we had everything we needed to have the best stay!
